Permanent, Full-Time Office Admin/Support Person WANTED… to work in our busy garage.

Applicants will ideally have the following:
  • Previous experience working within the motor industry is essential
  • Must possess excellent customer service and telephone skills as well as being polite
  • Must be extremely customer focussed and have a smart professional image
  • You will be computer literate and have excellent organisation skills
  • You will be able to work in a team environment and remain flexible in your role
  • Full, UK driving licence (with no major previous convictions)
The ideal candidate will have a friendly approach and an engaging personality with great attention to detail offering the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You will be expected to work on your own initiative and have good work knowledge of Sage accounts up to trial balance including bank and VAT reconciliations and inputting supplier invoices. This role will involve the following:
  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Booking and Loading customer vehicles onto the workshop system
  • Calling customers to gain authorisation for the completion of work
  • Invoicing – including explanation of invoices to customers
  • Explanation of repairs and work completed on cars to the customer on their return
  • To identify parts needed and check these are ordered (in conjunction with workshop operatives)
  • Ensure the reception area is presentable at all times – including cleanliness of waiting area
  • Ensure all calls are answered promptly, and that any messages are returned within one hour
  • To make sure full payment is received before the vehicle is released.


Hours:
  37.5

Monday – Friday:  9am-5pm

Salary: To be negotiated
